appliances (air conditioner, gas oven/stove, refrigerator,
dishwasher and disposal).   Rent includes access to tennis
courts, pool, sauna and universal equipment.  Rush hour travel
to BTL, NSC and/or AMACO takes about 10 - 15 minutes.
	Monthly rent is $410.  This includes hot water and
gas (heat and cooking).
	The unit will be available 7/24/84.  The normal lease
expires on 10/1/84, but the owner is willing to negotiate renewal.
