using IPX packets in Pascal ?

I'm sending this on behalf of a friend :

--------------

I need to use IPX packets and some simple bindery services under a
Novell-Netware network.
My problem is that it must be done in Pascal because otherwise it will
be a change to a large system already written (about 20,000 source
code lines) in Turbo-Pascal, but the SDK from novell is based on C
(libraries and include files).
Is there any third-party product I can use?
Is there any other solution to interface via Turbo-Pascal with the C
library
supplied by Novell?

--------------
Please e-mail any reply directly to me ( inon@vesta.tau.ac.il )
since I'm having troubles reading this news-group

Thanks
Inon Cohen
