The Chicago chapter of the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) has a
special interest group in Artificial Intelligence (SIGART).  We meet in Chicago
quarterly and host a speaker on various topics of interest in AI such as neural
nets, machine learning, natural language, and expert systems.

If you have a topic of interest in the field of AI, and you would like to speak
to our group,  I would be delighted to discuss it with you.  All our meetings
are informal, and the atmosphere is  very receptive to both practical
applications and research topics.

We also have a networking session at each meeting, prior to the speaker's
presentation.  Its a great opportunity to meet others who are working in, or are
interested in the field of AI.  There are refreshments served at the meetings.
