Dear dormant accounts owner, dear colleague:

Some clients have instructed us to act as legal counsel in the dormant
account cases. A big six accounting firm has been engaged by the Swiss
Bankers Association (Schweizerische Bankiervereinigung) to handle the
dormant accounts operation. It is your decision whether you trust in the
big six firm or prefer an independent German law firm to act on your
behalf, to enforce your rights and claims and to speed-up the procedure.
Extraordinary steps have to be taken in view of the extraordinary
historic circumstances and the unusually long dormancy of the accounts
of more than fifty years.

It is our understanding, that the publication of  the names  still
leaves a lot of questions unanswered and covers only a small portion of
funds deposited in Switzerland by  people  fearful of the Nazis. We note
e.g. that those accounts on the  list do not include any that might have
been opened by  Swiss citizens acting as proxies for friends or clients.
A list of  more than 20,000 such accounts is scheduled to be published
in October.

We would be pleased to assist you with respect to German and/or Swiss
law and any  fact-finding work in Germany including the identification
of accounts not yet published. We are in a position to represent you
before the Claims Resolution Panel, the Independant Committee of Eminent
persons, the Swiss Federal Banking Commission, E&Y as well as the Swiss
Banking Ombudsman.
