Never heard of this modem but I get this message on my HSP modem. Try the Pctel site http://www.pctel.com (I think but some sites don't seem very accessible today) - they have a page "Who made my modem" with links to the manufacturers sites but beware many of the pages are old and there are updated drivers to be found elsewhere. Commwave/Multiwave/Paradise have very new drivers on their pages at http://www.multiwave.com/support/download.htm which may work but didn't with mine. They only seem to have Pentium versions and these drivers wont work with Cyrix etc unless you have an MII.
