Help on MouseMove and MouseDown events

Hi there, could anyone help.

I having problems with trying to make a command button that when the
left mouse button is held down on the button a text box is incremented
in steps of 100's.  I have managed to get it working for one event but I
want it to increment the text button while the left mouse button is down
more times than once.  If the text was set at 0. E.g if I held the left
mouse button down on the command button for 5 seconds it would increment
the text to 1000. 

Please can any one help..
