Blooming Fools Hash House Harriers Second Anniversary Run in beautiful
Bedford, Indiana on Memorial Day weekend!

Date/Time
Run 52
 Saturday, May 29, 1999
beer flows at 2 PM, trail begins at 4 PM
Run 53
 Sunday, May 30, 1999
 trail begins at 10 AM

Cost The cost is $10 for the weekend and includes: beer, goodie, beer,
dinner (*please see very important note below), beer, breakfast, and, oh,
yeah, beer. Please bring some cash for Saturday night as we will each pay
our own way at the bar after dinner. Shaved Clam has generously offered
her home and backyard to hashers, so please bring a tent and/or sleeping
bag for your overnight comfort. There are also many cheap motels in the
area if you'd prefer not to overtax Shaved Clam's toilet.

Directions
Beer Flows (2:00 pm): 1412 13th Street, Bedford (Chez Shaved
Clam). Take 37 south out of Bloomington. When you reach Bedford, turn left
onto Route 50/Route 158/16th Street. Turn left at the fourth stoplight,
and head north until you find 13th Street. Drive east on 13th Street until
you find 1412 13th. You might have to wind around a little to get from
16th Street (Rt. 50) to 13th Street, but it's not brain surgery to get
there.

Hash Start (4:00 pm): Take Rt. 37 south out of Bloomington. When you reach
Bedford, turn left (east) onto Rt. 50 just past the shopping area on the
left. (This road is also Rt. 158 or 16th Street.) Go to the 4th stoplight,
located just past Parkview Elementary School, and turn right. Go straight
through the next stop sign and turn right at the yield sign (at the T
intersection). Park behind the ballfield and look for anniversary hashers.
(NOTE: There may be a basketball tournament on the street just past
Parkview School. If so, take Rt. 50 one or two more blocks, and turn
right. Go south to 19th Street, and turn right onto 19th. Turn right
again, heading west on 19th Street, and park behind the baseball field.)

If you get lost, ask someone how to get to the National Guard Armory.
We're meeting right by its entrance on 19th Street.

RSVP
Please let us know via e-mail (to "BarneySA@aol.com") if you will be
coming to the Anniversary Run and/or the Hangover Run. We need to get an
approximate head count so we have enough beer! There are 25 goodies for
the anniversary hash, going to the first 25 people who RSVP to Barney by
Thursday, May 27.

*Important Note: Please bring your own meat that you would like to grill.
There will be a cooler at the start that you can stick your meat in (down,
Gerbil Boy) and will then be taken to the grilling area. If you want to
ensure that you get your meat later, put your name on it. Just like summer
camp!

Questions about the weekend: Call or e-mail White Lightning or Barney,
331-2245.

ON ON!
