hi,
i only know where i can get a certain package of vb5 freely,
i 've never heard any free packages of vc++.

if u were asking about like the warez ,
i'd like to tell you that you came to the wrong shop.

or if u could permit even the older japanese version of vc++,
you can go to fj.fleamarket.comp or fj.fleamarket.comp.software.
There may be anyone who shall sell the one for reasonable price.
moreover, you may be able to get the one for free. ..maybe. :-)
