Thank you very much for the tip!  I was not aware that Das would not harden...  Neat.  I'm still not sure exactly what I'm going to do as far plot ideas go, but what i would like to do is render a background using a 3D ray tracing program and compositing the claymation characters on top.  Most likely it will just be a montage of visuals with a custom soundtrack , kind of like computer animation shows on T.V.  No plot or anything, just neat visual effects and audio...  Thanx again!
