Well to initially create the graphics and animation I use Deluxe Paint IV on the Amiga. Not being a programmer I then give the graphics to a friend of mine who uses AMOS, a games creation program on the Amiga (Very good from what i hear.) and he then converts them into an Amos bank file and through some programming wizardry they make their way into the game. I you are interested in making games for shareware or something i would definitely recomend the Amiga and AMOS for its great graphic capabilities an d hardware scrolling and plus the Amiga shareware market is not as crowded as that of the IBM. Anywho, I'm not too sure about QBasic but there may be a way to convert IBM Deluxe Paint animation and pictures to a form usable by QBasic. This would be much better than having to manually bit map animation and graphics in script form as it is a very powerful dedicated paint program. -- uucp: uunet!m2xenix!puddle!3402!2!Richard.Marchand Internet: Richard.Marchand@f2.n3402.z1.fidonet.org
