A selection of paintings by Mattison FitzGerald entitled "New Work", will be
on exhibition at the Gordon Biersche Brewery in San Jose, located at 33 E.
San Fernando Street. The collection of canvas will be displayed in the
eatery Nov. 6th through Dec. 18th, 1994.

Mattison's first opening in San Jose, "New Work" depicts a fiery display of
emotion that comes from the depth of the soul. This exhibition is a preview
of the upcoming series "Healing - Censored in Palo Alto", which will open
April at South First Street Billiards in San Jose.

The public is invited to the Gordon Biersche reception on Sunday, November
13th, 1994, 7:00 to 9:00pm.

A portion of the sale of these paintings will be donated to CADartists, an
art program for special needs children.
