Hello Other  Homeschoolers;

I have been away from the computer since before Christmas since I am using the computer at the local elementary school. I am still interested in hearing from other homeschoolers in the country.

I am curious to know about the homeschooling atmosphere in South Carolina Also, I would like to know if other areas of the country have to obtain
approval for homeschooling from their local school districts and not from the State Department of Education. How is it working out for you? I am finding that the various school districts all have such varying "rules"that I have to be aware of the different policies of the districts. I think it would be easier to have to deal with one policy making body. I would enjoy hearing some feed back on either side of this issue.

I shall return to the computer next Thursday. I hope to hear from some of you other homeshcoolers.
