Tennille, I know a little bit about business uses of computers and technology. I have a master's degree in MIS (management information systems). It soundds like you have an interesting topic to work on. I think technology has had a tremendous social impact on workers. The biggest challenge is to change from the mindset of "if" the information is available to "where" do I look to find it.
