Greetings Allyn,
First of all, I would like to apologize for taking so long to answer your message to me. I went to San Diego for Christmas.

I must admit that my knowledge of computer telecommunications is very limited. (I am working on it though) From what I understand, strange things sometimes happen with high ASCII characters during transit from point to point.
It may be a little difficult to get everybody to agree on a Russian word processor due to people using different operating systems (I use a Mac) Assuming we could all agree on a Russian W/P program, how would we converse using it? Would we have to post strange characters on the Russian K-12, and then open it up using the Russian W/P program? Please expound on your post.

                        Michael Wise
