Hello, Georges,
now writing to you in English (it'll be for when in Dutch or German?)

I think I've got some stuff you may be interested in: it is a demo-programm edited by the Dutch PPT-telecom in collaboration with 'Stichting leerplanontwikkeling'.
It gives a quit good idea about what is telecommunication and makes simulations on each computer.

They published a little book about it.

The programm is not public domain.  I can always give you further info, not a copy, alas!
