But not double spacing, please!  It drives me nuts, not being able to
scan a decent grab of words.  I suspect that this is a function of the
way you prepared your text on a word processor in advance, and that you
inserted both soft and hard returns.

BTW, please forgive the tagline -- I have a policy of letting them roll,
but this is actually the second line of one of our national ditties, of
which the first line runs, as you can read in a message to Carol
Cunningham:
