i believe developing countries should be going forword
with plans for cmc, while everyone works out the many
details plaguing the system. I found it very interesting
yesterday while playing a video game long distance. that
it took me at least 10 minutes just to start and still
could not play. even down loading a program today from
a local number took 40 minutes. the need for cheaper and
faster systems should be a major factor for these
countries.
