   Marc--
THanks for your answer. I am excited to get something started. I
have 61 students (some of whom are repeaters, so slightly older than
freshmen). New Albany High School is extremely small (250 students) and
located outside Cols, OH.
During the month of Oct. were are focusing on
the national election BIG TIME. So I thought that our first assignment
might be to share views about political issues. I suspect Mass.
students have some different perspectives from we mid-Westerners. Does
this sound like a possible point of interest from which to begin?
Later we can continue, either just as penpal chats or move on to
other topics of interest. I will talk to Helen (person who assigns
channels) and see if we can get our own channel to use. We could open
our mail up to any other students who want to respond as well. WHat do
you think?
How many students do you have? I am anxious to get started. Should
we do the pairing of the students, or should we just let it happen. . .
. ? Anxious to hear from you. CCarr
