This sounds perfect for what I have in mind!! I teach English 9 and
have 61 freshmen in my three classes. Our entire school is focusing on
the US elections for the next weeks. Could we share information with
your classes about how our countries elections work?
I am also excited about your survey and think we could have lots of
fun with this idea. Perhaps we could print our comparisons in the
school newspaper.
So let me know what you think!! I am anxious to get started on this
project.

Connie, it sounds like we can work together. I (Scott) will be working with our computer teacher on this. His name is Eldon Wyant. In the future, please send your messages to him and me.

Here is what we have in mind. We're new to BBS's so there may be some problems.

Could you send us a class list of all of your kids, and then we can match your students up with ous. We will then begin by having our kids send a letter to one of your students. The letter will contain the following things: a) Basic getting to know you chit chat
b) A individualized wreport about how Canadian elections work
c) A survey asking about important issues, inclusding your elections
Our kids are very knowledgeable about your elections because they watch t.v. on your major networks. We could really focus on the issues.
