Hi Paul,  I am aware of the project.  Maybe to make it easier for us to communicate I should explain what we are using for hardware and software and what we are planning to do. I am running a lab with 28 networked macintoshes.  We are in the process of connecting a 2400 baud modem with netserial so that it will be accessible to each student.  Since we don't have any net serial software yet we will probably just set up a project that will involve one of our classes making up a survey and an information pack




age and sending it as a message to either Connie or yourself.  Eventually we hope to be able to use point software so that the kids can send individual messages to each other.  
We would appreciate any ideas that we could use to make use of our modem. Have you ever had individual students communicate with other students? How would you set that up for a whole class./
