Helen,
    I am assisting our district Gifted and Talented teacher, Julie Dermody, in
 developing a Geography Game for 6 schools.  You can read Julie's announcement
 in the Social Studies echo.  Our school is in Marcellus, NY, just west of
 Syracuse.  We are new at this...
    Question:  If we have our 6 schools organized, would it even be possible
 to get a closed channel for this project by March 1?  If so, how soon might
 you need to know?
