I'm selling this for a friend:

Alpha Technologies model 1000FR 1000 watt UPS.

-true sine wave output, not modified (stepped)

-new batteries (over $400)

-connection for external battery pack for 
extended run time

-has the ability to startup without AC! Think of it
as a battery powered generator

-VERY heavy...pick up only!

I have a larger one setup through my fuse panel
to drive my furnace and entertainment centre. I shut
it off during extended outages, and start it up
only when needed.

He's asking $750 OBO.
