   I don't have the number for Royce Jones (the Fido co-ordinator in the K-W 
area), so you'll have to speak to Barry Redwood, the SYSOP of City Limits, and 
he'll help you out.

   No fee to join the net, but you'll have to share the costs if you 
participate in things that cost money (such as conferences which are brought 
in through long distance calls).

   If you wish to become a 'full' member of FidoNet (a listed system), you 
must answer the phone between 4 and 5 AM (5 and 6 during daylight saving) with 
*only* a Fido protocol capable mailer.  You have the option of marking your 
system as reachable 24 hours.

   If you don't need to be reached directly, you can become a 'point', or leaf 
node from a listed system.  There are no requirements except that you meet the 
requirements of the listed system's operator.

   Most SysOps can provide you with the software and help that you need.
