Hi, room hunters:

We(a nice couple) are looking for a roommate to share an one bedroom apartment
in MSA. You will be living in the (real big) living room(ask to arrange a time
to see it). You will have access to TV, VCR, Stereo system and limited use of my
own computer(I have some good knowledge of IBM PC's). It will be fully
furnitured, a bed, matrres, a study desk, and some chairs.

Since my wife and I are both studying in the University of Waterloo, so
mostly the room is quiet. We require you to be a non-smoking, easy-going,
friendly person and we are willing to make friends with you. We won't like
party animals. We kindly ask you to give us an offer, and we will accept
any reasonable offers.

You can reach us by phone: (519)725-0564, ask Xiao Jun or Vivian
            or by e-mail: xjzhu@math.uwaterloo.ca

Thank you very much for your interest.
