A friend and I are looking for a female to share a three-bedroom
townhouse on Beechwood Dr. near Erb St. & Erbsville Rd.  A car is a
must, but there's plenty of parking available (it's 5 min. from UW).
I also have a (friendly) dog.

The room will be available from Jan to April.  Rent is $225/month +
1/3 of utilities.  You could stay longer if you want, but my friend will
be moving out in the summer so I can't guarantee that the rent will
stay the same if it's just two of us sharing the place.

The townhouse is quite nice, comes with five appliances and a fireplace.
The bedroom is unfurnished, though we have a mattress you can use if you
don't have a bed.  The rest of the house is furnished.  If you want more
