Room in house for rent:
Description:
-- *Excellent* location. (located at 28 Beverley Street, near the corner of
Erb and Westmount.) 12 minute walk to UW, 15 minute walk to WLU, very
close to shopping plaza (Westmount Plaza), and close to Uptown Waterloo.
-- The room is furnished. The house has complete laundry facilities, a full
kitchen with a dish washer, cable TV with a VCR.
-- House-mates are wonderful. They are concerned about school, but also
social and very friendly. A great atmosphere for doing work and having
someone to talk to afterwards.
Terms:
-- Rent is $300 a month (plus utilities), negotiable.
-- Available in January 93 for 4 or 8 months.
-- For more info, call Mike at 746-4378, or e-mail at mcaeaste@neumann.
