Two 4th year CS students have an unfurnished room for rent in a clean house
in downtown Kitchener.  It is available immediately, until April or August.
We are asking $300/month including utilities, but the price is negotiable.
We don't have a TV, but we do have an excellent stereo and lots of music,
and a DOS/UNIX PC with a modem.

The house is a 20 minute bike ride from UW, and probably the same to WLU.
It is close to the bus and train stations, theatres, record stores, and
all the banks have an outlet nearby.  Market Square and the Farmer's Market
are a very short walk away.  It is ideally located for anyone working in
Kitchener this term, or anyone who wants to get away from campus.

There is also an unfinished, unfurnished basement room that we would be
willing to rent out for a pittance (<$100 would be acceptable; make an
offer).
