We are five U of W students who live on a house on John st approximately 
22.4 minutes from the University.  We have one single room to fill on the 
first floor.  The rent is approximately 274.00 a month + utilities + food.
(Utilities are usually pretty cheap, food is up to you).  A non smoker is
prefered but not at all mandatory.

Features:	-relatively close to U of W
		-very close to Waterloo town square
		-closer still to bus stop
		-right next to dairy queen (seasonally closed, but it will
			return)
		-House has really nice rustic/classic look
		-House has a balcony
		-House has a patio + barbeque
		-House has garage for storage, etc.
		-House has cat (grey five months old, very friendly)
		-House has Washer Drier
		-Private phone line installed and available
			(or scrap it if you like)
That's about it. We're mildly loud, stay up late, and could really use a
roomate, and if (s)he sings or plays the bass that would be really cool....if
(s)he cooks and really likes doing it for no reason other than the sheer
blissful joy of it, even better.
