I take it from the paltry dribblings of news that something
is broken again.

Anybody have any ideas what exactly, who, where, why and most
importantly, when it might come back to life?

Inquiring minds with no news to read want to know!

We have indeed been getting intermittent dribbles from uunet.ca,
but I won't waste anyone's time with numerous possible speculations.

I have inquired, and presumably that will either get things back to
normal or provide some explanation to post.
