We've been informed by uunet.ca that they will be moving their
Toronto offices (and hence the Bell lines that facilitate IP
service to/from Kitchener) on Tue Aug 18th at around 4:30pm.

They expect that the move is expected to take at least three
and a half hours and as a result AlterNet Canada is expected
to be down for up to two hours. Propagation of KW area mail
and news will be delayed during that time period.
