Basically the latter.  They took the old building, restored (and cleaned it!) 
after years of neglect.  Because its not the same staff (the olds one retired 
and gave up their lease) it is somewhat different.

But I understand the current menu is closer to the old days than what they 
were serving last year when it closed down.  

And definitely not the same grease or bugs.  :>
