Yeah, but the doughnut is still a soggy sugar glot, instead of a pastry glot. That's my view. It's freshness can hardly make up for it's lack of flavor as pastry. I'm not sure I can tell it from a swig of Caro syrup or a spoonful of sugar. I know some like it sweet and some don't.
