I suddenly had a possibly brilliant idea: The alcoholic Wet-Nap.

I believe the Wet-Nap is alcohol-based anyway. Simply adjust the
production line to dispense, say, Stroh 80% into the fibrous part, and
seal it up as usual. Once in the venue, open it up and dunk in your
Coke cup.
