	You would love Sweden. They have registered alchoholics
there, who can't buy booze at the State liquor store.

total road desths is about 45,000 per annum, but of those? How
many booze related.

	You want more of our freedoms removed?  It's bad enough
now putting up with security theatre at airports and the drunk
checks on the roads - Which I always mess with. They want to
waste my time? I'll waste theirs.
