Yeah, it should say on your license what your personal tolerance level
is.

I served on a drunk driving jury once, and the driver obviously had a
high "tolerance" built up, and was only dinged for 0.08, and ... we
found him guilty on being over 0.08, but not guilty on being impaired.
Turned out it didn't matter a whit, since it was a first offense,
either or both had the same consequences.  Go figure.  Actually turned
out we gave him exactly what he wanted to go to trial for, since the
DA had offered him the same deal without trial.  Public defender, no
skin off his teeth.
