Well gosh you must have not noticed that he also probably should have used semicolons and also a colon dash close parenthesis is not legitimate punctuation oh and also sigh used as apparently an interjection is not correct english either and i am not punctuating this on purpose and also its a runon sentence the end -- "Congress shall make no law ... abridging the freedom of sXXXch, Joe .. or the right of the people peaceably to XXXemble, and to Bay peXXXion the government for a redress of grievances."
