Yabbut this isn't just a packed bar; it's a bar packed with SoCal
Beautiful People or wannabes.  Not only are they kinda weird, but 
they have a different standard of bar behavior than you and me.

Oh, Monsoon is owned by the Maharajahs?  What's the story there

Well, AIC *is* a few doors up from the Cheesecake Factory (which has
a line around the block, while AIC is dead empty).
