"Where are the best tequila shooters in SOMA?" "Which taqueria in the Mission has the best chimichanga?" "Where can I get the best "wrap" in the Richmond?" Keep it to your fucking self. Mexican Food in San Francisco has consistently, over the past 30 years, been shittier than Mexican food in Mexico, Texas, San Diego, Los Angeles (and environs), Ventura, Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, and God knows where else. I'll defer -- like I'd have any choice in the matter -- to my fellow la.eats readers and contributors, but I must say that I find your response and Marlin's (he/she/it's a fish, right?) Oregonian response REPULSIVE. If I had a shotgun, maybe you'd both be goners -- if I weren't a total pacificist. Thoughts and actions are, despite Johnny Asscrack and Abu Gonzales, are different things. You can't prosecute people for their thoughts, no matter what our current excuse for a President pretends. FUCK YOU, ASSHOLES. STOP FUCKING SENDING YOUR STUPID FUCKING BA-AREA-SPECIFIC SHIT TO LA.EATS. sw and the rest of you MINDLESS cross-posters -- unless you want to give me the latest on restaurants at the Hollywood + Highland development, tell us the latest on the idiotic new Mario Batalli venture in LA (ugh, I'll never go there; hey, sw, do tell me what I'm referring to, where it's located, who the three partners in this venture are, what the former restaurant on the location was and which dishes of theirs you particularly liked), give me tips on great Chinatown places that I haven't eat at (I doubt you possibly could), some new places for paella (Restaurant Spain on Glendale Blvd. -- IN Los Angeles, moron, is about the best I've had since Barcelona 10 years ago; we were too late to make it to the real thing in Valencia back then). I think -- just a guess -- that regular LA readers of la.eats really don't want to read about the best cheeseburgers on Union Square or fried calamari in the Western Addition or the best fried chicken in South San Francisco or best hot dogs in Alameda or best anything in the Bay Area or in Los Angeles. But to bring your LA cred up to date, let us know the top-five Los Angeles restaurants you've eaten in the past year and the specific dishes you thought were so great. You (sw) are such a "hunny" I want to give you a big kiss. >SMWACK< Do you have a handy roll of toilet paper once I take a dump on your head? You really are a fucking moron. Stop sending your shit-hole email messages to la.eats. Leave la.eats alone. Thanks so much, cunt. Arne adolfsen@earthlink.net
