Ah yes, pizza styles...  I was in  Croatia last year and ate several
very good pizzas.  They were all Neapolitan in style, with thin crusts
baked in wood fired ovens.  As to local variations:  my son ordered a
bean  and bacon pizza.  The bacon was excellent, very smoky and thick.
And it had the usual tomato and cheese and was decorated with exactly
ten borlotti beans!  (They were cooked)
