I was so taken by this response, for I had insulated myself from how much
I have missed Susan.  The largesse that she, through Mr Goldsmith, has
bequeathed us just emphasizes how large is our loss.

More practically, I can enthusiastically endorse # 18.  It's called 'Biba's."
