Well, I ordered a genuine smithfield
ham from Amazon. Shipping was a little
steep.

It arrived yesterday and I just finished
cooking it. I had a small piece and it
was delish!

Nothing like ham for Hanukkah

Nice. What did it cost you, if I may ask?

I just picked up my choice grade 7 bone rib roast. 8 days
of dry aging then into the smoker for Christmas dinner.

One of Noah's son's was named Ham. Jacob's son, Joseph, married Asenath, a
Hamite from Egypt. Put an orange-honey glaze on that ham!

Hmmm, in Tidewater Viriginia you can get Smithfield hams
or smaller boutique makers ( Edward's ) product for small
    	fractions of the usual cost.
