Room for rent in a large two bedroom, two and one half bath, townhome in
Santa Monica, Ca.  It is fully fully furnished and has a private bathroom
adjacent to the bedroom.  The townhome is fully furnished, has a washer
and dryer in the unit, has a large kitchen and a lot of cupboard space. 
Cable t.v. is also included.  The townhome is located 1.5 miles from the
ocean and is located near bus routes and isn't far from UCLA.  It is
located in a nice residential neighborhood.  The room will be available
for the months of May and June.  The rent is $600 per month and a $1000
security deposit is required.  This is available for one of two people.
