my government hates me!! Help

How can my government hate me so. They are passing laws to keep Muslims in 
the USA safe after what happened. They say we should judge people by who 
they are not what they are. How come all my life I have been made to feel 
guilty because of slavery. It is all my fault and because white people did 
it I must assume responsibility. Why is my government picking on me because 
of my race?? I guess what they did is OK.
