Hubbard is a dead charlatan messiah.  He died in 1986, a fugitive from
a federal grand jury indictment of income tax evasion, hiding out 5 miles 
south of Creston, California.  Hubbard was an unindicted co-conspirator
in what is called "Operation Snow White:"  the break-ins, bugging, and 
burglarizing of more than 100 government offices in the United States and 
Canada in the late 70's.  Mrs. L. Ron Hubbard went to prison for this 
along with other Scientologists, still operating within the cult.

This is the man that Councilman John Ferraro would honor by naming a 
Los Angeles street after him.  I am in the process of researching 
Ferraro's and two other Los Angeles Councilmen, through the City Ethics 
Commission,  researching monitary donations, loans, and gifts that the 
councilmen have received; and cross-referencing possible sham 
organizations possibly affiliated with cults.
