Long Beach Police, Southern California,  is seeking donated female hair
wigs to use on a female decoy mannequin in a black/white Police car to
slow down traffic on busy streets.  There is already a male Police
Officer mannequin, named Officer Wax Worth,  being used to slow traffic
down.  The female decoy mannequin will need several female natural hair
wigs.  The natural hair wigs hold a "hair do" better than synthetic
hair wigs.

If you wish to donate a natural hair female wig to the cause, please
phone Ken Cassidy at (310) 434-3431, Tuesdays thru Saturday, from 9am
to 6pm.   This story also appeared in the Long Beach "Press Telegram"
May 8, 1996 on page B-3 in the news column "Help dress up Doll" by
reporter Kelle Russell.
