Yes, it has already happened. Emotionally,
people of the San Fernando Valley communities,
feel no attachment to Los Angeles. This fact
has been knpown for years. Because the Los
Angeles city government needs a seemingly
bottomless well of taxing possibilities, they
keep the San Fernando Valley-ites on a short
leash.
