CLIPPED
The issues will solidify into a
usual dependency upon the too many
folks who work for the feds. Here,
I would suggest that all smooth
dumps be shipped to the appropriate
offices for a thorough federal
government evaluation of the dumps.
On the one hand, we have folks calling
for downsizing government while other
want to create such offices to evaluate
dumps, good or bad. No longer can we
depend on the old fashioned "city dump."
The outcome will most assuredly reflect
the true nature of governmental services.
Most folks know what government is filled
with. With an opportunity to smooth things
out, citizens will have a last say . . .
'er, uh, dump.
