Who do you think should be mayor of LA? The election is next year, and
Richard Riordan is expected to run for re-election. Others rumored to run
include State Senator Tom Hayden (D) Santa Monica and LA City Councilman Mark
Ridley-Thomas?

Do any of these three men have the sufficient vision and political skills to
lead LA into the 21st Century? If not, who would be the ideal candidate?

I would love to get a dialogue going on this topic, though the election may be
a way off and we are more presently concerned with the Presidential campaign,
plans are being made now by those who will run and we may be able to draft an
ideal candidate (if not the above three) via the net.
