Non-profits can have assests.  No problem, well maybe one.  They don't 
have to pay taxes right?  So they don't get tax deductions.  So they 
lease their assests so someone else can get the depreciation deduction.  
As a result, they don't pay the tax on the income and others get the 
operating deductions for the expense.  They should have significantly 
lower costs than a for profit.
