NETCOM On-line Communication Services is pleased to announce the expansion
of CALNet into the Los Angeles area. CALNet is an advanced high speed digital
network that provides inexpensive connectivity in major cities throughout
California. CALNet can be utliized to connect branch offices, provide
local calling for tele-computing, establish on-demand or direct Internet
connections, connections for News, E-Mail, and personal dial-up service.
CALNet is owned, operated and maintained by NETCOM, so there are no

Beverly Hills, El Segundo, Santa Monica, Manhattan Beach, Van Nuys, and

take full advantage of our network of SPARC based MP servers. NETCOM
supports more than 120 dial-in Telebits and has a high speed Internet
connection to assure quick reliable delivery E-Mail and news. CALNet will
be expanding into several new areas over the next several months. These
areas include San Deigo, Sacramento, and Seattle Washington.
